New year, new me. Or not really. Just a new year. You've guessed it, I don't make New Year's resolutions. However: I sort of did. I have decided to write more, just to generally create more. (Whether that's through cooking or writing tbh I'll take both.) So what can you expect? Probably nothing for a long-ish time. I'm planning for a hectic few months. A hectic year, actually. Things will get pretty interesting this year.
What am I working on? School, school, school, and oh yeah, have I mentioned school? Apart from that, I have one short story being worked on. I also have some ideas that I'll try to follow up on, but I tend to loose motivation/ideas if you haven't noticed so don't expect anything.
What have I been reading? Everything and anything. Most recently the Maze Runner and The Red Blazer Girls. I also read Harper Lee's Go Set a Watchman. Pretty good, although I haven't quite finished it. I've been rereading childhood favorites too, like the Westing Game, The Shadow Spinner (If you haven't read it, read it!) and The Audacious Escapades of the Somerset Sisters.
Anyways, that's my life right now. That and drinking tea 24/7 and trying not to freeze my face off. As I type this, I am wearing knee high socks and a turtle neck. No joke.
